A project that spanned 3 different iterations. A show of letting the viewer fill in the blanks, not spending unessecary time on smaller details. Sell the idea. Get it forward and assisting by creating new iterations in a quick manner. Showing the investors and key players to further build the fire for the idea. Making a new version everytime the investors saw the previous until they were fully satisifed.

Interior Realistic Rendering
A quick rendering I was asked to do for a client I worked with after I had made many different iterations of their house renovation.
A quick 4 hour excersice in how effectiently I could get the main ideas of the room from the original draft to a realistic rendition.
House Floorplan - Reykjavík
Concepting layouts for the house
The other part of the project was making new iterations of the floorplan for a house renovation.
Then exporting into UE5 for a walkthrough to see how it feels to walk inside the house.
